We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our Services at any time.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Protecting your username and password.
- Restricting access to your account.
- All activities occurring under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- Billing renews automatically unless canceled.
- Prices may change with advance notice when required by law.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You authorize Suitely CRM to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions, usage fees, add-on services, taxes, and other applicable charges.
If payment cannot be processed, access to your Services may be suspended until payment is received.
If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Use purchased, rented, or harvested contact lists.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any system.
- Reverse engineer the platform.
- Resell or sublicense the platform without written authorization.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages from Suitely CRM.
These messages may include:
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support updates
- Account notifications
- Billing alerts
- Security notifications
- Product updates
- Marketing and promotional messages
- Other information related to your account or our Services
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- State privacy laws
- GDPR
- CCPA

Customers are responsible for obtaining all required consent before sending SMS messages, emails, voice calls, or other communications through the platform.
Suitely CRM is not responsible for customer messaging practices or violations of applicable law.
Suitely CRM may provide AI-powered features that assist with content creation, workflow generation, automation, and communication.
AI-generated content is provided for convenience only.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use.
Suitely CRM makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.
Our platform integrates with third-party providers including payment processors, messaging providers, communication platforms, social media platforms, and other software vendors.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Suitely CRM is not responsible for the products or services of third parties.
All software, branding, graphics, documentation, automation templates, workflows, educational materials, website content, and related intellectual property owned by Suitely CRM remain the exclusive property of Suitely CRM or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, sublicense, or sell any portion of the Services without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content uploaded to your account.
By using our Services, you grant Suitely CRM a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent that you own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
Suitely CRM implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information.
No system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, security events, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in unlawful activity.
- Abuse the platform.
- Fail to pay outstanding balances.
- Threaten platform security or stability.
Termination does not relieve customers of outstanding payment obligations.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suitely CRM disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suitely CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Suitely CRM during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suitely CRM, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Suitely CRM is an independently owned and operated software company utilizing HighLevel® technology under a white-label licensing arrangement.
Although the underlying software infrastructure is powered by HighLevel, all customer relationships, pricing, subscriptions, onboarding, billing, training, and customer support are managed exclusively by Suitely CRM.
HighLevel is not responsible for the services, support, pricing, policies, or business practices of Suitely CRM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Suitely CRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
